Meet the Candidates! Open Forums for Chief Information Officer (CIO) in Information Technology Services

The search committee and Interim Provost Lisa Bond-Maupin invite you to attend Open Forums for each of the four candidates for the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the CIO will foster innovation, prioritize technology initiatives, and broadly collaborate with peers and partners across the institution to further University strategic and operational goals. The CIO has overall responsibility for all aspects of HSU’s information technology systems, services, budget, and staff. The CIO plays a major leadership role in organizing, managing and strengthening a comprehensive information technology portfolio.

Each candidate was asked to create a 20-minute presentation on how they would position Information Technology Services at HSU to support enrollment management and other campus areas in adapting to better recruit, retain, and serve studentsAfterwards, there will be time for Q&A.
