Associate Director for Institutional Assessment

Open Forums

The search committee and Dr. Lisa Castellino, AVP of Institutional Effectiveness, invite you to attend Open Forums for each of the three candidates for the position of Associate Director for Institutional Assessment.

Reporting to the AVP of Institutional Effectiveness, the Associate Director for Institutional Assessment will serve as a key thought leader and consultant assisting units beyond the academic departments with their outcomes assessment work. This role will be a key player in ensuring the campus meet the requirements noted by WSCUC during their last re-affirmation visit.

Candidates have been asked to provide a 30 minute presentation followed by a Q&A session on the following:

How do you envision the role of the Associate Director for Institutional Assessment assisting units moving from assessment being compliance driven to one of appreciative inquiry and continuous improvement?
