Getting the Most from Your Office Phone
August 16, 2016
Most phones installed at HSU are digital and have “soft keys” that can be programmed to do certain tasks automatically, without you needing to enter long key sequences or look up instructions in the phone’s user guide.
TNS has put together a short guide to the most common timesavers you can program into your phone:
- Storing numbers and key sequences
- Speed redial
- Ring options
- Automatic call back
- Call diversion
Read up on how to do these on the ITS website - if you learn one a week, just think how much more efficient you’ll be by the end of the semester!
