HSU Conflict Management – The Role of Empathy - 11/14/19 @ 10:30 AM

There's no getting around it: we all have to live and work with other humans. Some make perfect sense and do exactly what we expect. And others... don't. Join this session to better manage conflict by strengthening your power of empathy toward those you don't understand, those you do - and yourself. You will also learn the challenges to empathy, and when empathy may have gone too far. Empathy is a path to managing conflict, expanding our understanding of others, and healthier relationships.

HSU SPF Services Survey

The Sponsored Programs Foundation’s primary mission is to provide the Humboldt State University community with professional and accessible Pre- and Post-Award grant and contract services. We are always looking for new ways to help you be successful in furthering your research goals.

We invite you to participate in a quick survey to let us know how we’re doing and share your feedback on any areas we can improve upon.

HSU's Office of Research Fall 2019 Newsletter

The Office of Research publishes two newsletters during the academic year; a fall and spring edition. These newsletters are used to highlight new awards, share what improvements our office is currently working on, update our researchers on any important changes that may affect their projects, and keep the campus community up to date with relevant grant news.

Let's try this again... Join us for our 8th Annual PI Research Celebration!

The HSU Sponsored Programs Foundation has rescheduled our annual party to celebrate our Principal Investigators (PI's), their staff, and student researchers.

The original celebration was postponed temporarily due to last week’s power outage.
