Federal Work Study awards for Spring 2014 term ends May 16, 2014.  If you have students who worked Spring term, it is not necessary to hold the time vouchers until the required submission date.  Please submit your time vouchers to Payroll as soon as possible so that we can process and reconcile these payments.  Federal Work Study time sheets must be submitted to the Payroll Department no later than May 22, 2014 to be paid from Work Study funds.  Time Sheets received after the May 22nd date will not be processed as Federal Work Study and will not receive matching University Funds.
