Occupancy Survey Requests for Facilities Database Update

During the spring 2026 semester, Facilities Management will be coordinating an effort to update our space and services database, FacilitiesLink, with accurate departmental occupants. Each department will receive a survey from humboldt@metabim.com. A brief instruction manual is attached. With your input, we aim to complete this effort by the end of the spring semester.


FacilitiesLink, in part, serves as a repository containing accurate building data for every room on campus, as informed by you and Facilities Management’s annual space reconnaissance. It is used as the base of required annual space reporting to the CSU’s Office of Space Management within the Chancellor’s Office, as well as the primary system for all facilities management services on campus. The database helps your department, division, and campus as a whole plan and manage its space resources effectively.
