Construction will begin next week on the Resurfacing and Re-striping of G11 Parking Lot project. This project will realign the stalls to improve safety and traffic flow, and in the process create 14 additional stalls.

The construction activities are scheduled to occur over the summer break to limit the disruption to the campus. The lot will be closed from June 29th through the end of July to meet the demands of this project’s aggressive schedule. Unfortunately, this project will block access to several adjacent parking lots/areas including R8 (south of Campus Apartments), the ceramics/sculpture lab area, and the south access to the Wagner House.

Alternative parking  will be available at:

·       G12 (south of Harry Griffith Hall for general parking)

·       FS9 (north of Student Business Services Building for faculty and staff parking)

·       FS10 (south of Harry Griffith Hall for faculty and staff parking)

·       Wagner Parking lot (north of Wagner house accessible from LK Wood)
