Eduroam (educational roaming) is a secure wireless network developed specifically for the education and research communities. When you return to campus after the summer break, you’ll be able to register your cellphone, laptop, or other mobile device once with the eduroam network here at HSU and then be able to use it freely on any campus in the eduroam network without having to register separately as a guest. It’s a particularly exciting move for study-abroad students, who will now be able to join an eduroam hotspot without any hassle or data roaming charges.
