The University Resources & Planning Committee is hosting a campus forum on budget planning on Friday, March 5, 2021 from 1 p.m.–3 p.m. The theme of the forum is Budget Planning: Past, Present, and Future. As the title of the presentation indicates, we will cover a number of different topics including:

• Budget 101: overview and trends

• Enrollment + Pandemic 

• Reduction progress and planning

• Structural budget challenges vs. pandemic budget challenges - all challenges are not created equal

• CARES/HEERF 

• Investments and the “Good Stuff” we have accomplished 

• Future-proofing and resource planning

We will dedicate the last 30 minutes of the forum to Q&A. In order to prepare responses and prioritize answers to the most pressing campus questions, please send forward your questions ahead of time to OAAVP@humboldt.edu. Live questions during the Q&A will also be permitted.
