Please take a moment to confirm your January 1 pay warrant reflects the correct health insurance deduction amount, as well as correct HCRA/DCRA deductions. If your pay warrant shows an incorrect amount, please email Ariel Aaron at ariel.aaron@humboldt.edu immediately.

You can also review your Benefits Summary for accuracy by logging into myHumboldt and navigating to “My Profile." Click the "Benefits" tab, and then “View Benefits."

Your current benefits enrollment information will be displayed.  If you want to view your past or future enrollments, enter the date of interest and hit “Go.”

To view dependents enrolled in one of your benefit plans, select the plan type under “Type of Benefit.”
