The Cal Poly Humboldt Foundation has been experiencing technical difficulties for a number of days with online charitable giving functionality. This issue specifically relates to those donors living in California. 

A temporary solution involving use of the University’s online payment system is being implemented, and should be available by the end of today. It will lack some functionality and look different than the regular online giving pages, but it will allow California donors to make gifts and to designate gifts to specific areas.

The issue impacts online giving for any department on campus that has a website or other digital tool providing that option. 

Staff in University Advancement are collaborating with partners on campus to resolve the issue on the vendor side and through the necessary state agencies. There is not yet a clear timeline for resolution.
