Staff Performance Evaluations for the 2019/2020 Performance Period

It is time for annual staff evaluations to be completed. Due to contractual reasons, the performance evaluation periods are unchanged. The performance period for evaluation staff continues to be May 1st to May 1st, final-signed evaluations due in HR by May 31st

Based on our current challenges, HR has been working to provide an efficient means for Administrators and Employees to digitally sign final evaluations by utilizing Adobe Sign. This process is intended to be utilized as an interim measure for the current 2019/2020 performance cycle.
 
Administrators are required to follow the collective bargaining procedures for the processing of staff evaluations. HR advises that each Appropriate Administrator solicit feedback from a Lead and/or Department Chair (if appropriate) for the purposes of creating the Draft evaluation. Once the Draft evaluation is completed, we encourage the Draft to be emailed to the employee for review, input and discussion. Once the Administrator finalizes the evaluation and it is ready for signature, please use Adobe Sign for final processing.
