Join us for Spring Professional Development Day on Friday, January 13, 2023 in the Library at various times throughout the day to learn and get things accomplished before the start of the semester.  

New Tools, New Capabilities, New Templates in Canvas (LIB 317) 
Work with the CTL to get your courses up and running with new design tools in Canvas. Learn how to use newly created course templates that increase accessibility, efficiency of design, and compatibility across devices.  The CTL is open all day to get your semester off to a great start!

Complete Mandatory Training (LIB 122) 9:00am - 12:00pm
Human Resources will offer drop-in hours to assist with the completion of CSU mandatory training.  Whether you are getting started or trying to clear up a problem, HR will be on site with computers to get your questions answered. 

Place Based Learning Community Proposal Process (LIB 302 Scholar’s Lab) 10:00am - 12:00pm
Cal Poly Humboldt will build upon our existing place-based learning communities (PBLCs) to improve all our first year students’ transition to college.  Join Dr. Amy Sprowles and colleagues to learn about the new PBLC proposal process and forms.
