Eligibility & guidelines (at a glance):

• Applicants must be current students, staff, or faculty at Cal Poly Humboldt
• Projects must be campus-based, sustainability-focused, and benefit students
• Projects must be innovative
• A project may be funded a maximum of three times
• Projects should align to the SHIFT vision and values; read more at https://www.humboldt.edu/shift (middle of page)
• Student applicants must have a staff or faculty steward
• Funds are expected to be available near the end of Fall 2026
