SF Giants Tim Flannery Headlines 33rd Annual Celebrity Dinner & Sports Auction

ARCATA, Calif. – Long time San Francisco Giants third base coach Tim Flannery will be the keynote speaker at the 33rd annual celebrity dinner & sports auction to be held on Saturday, April 14.
For the second year in a row, the event will be held at the Sequoia Conference Center in Eureka. Individual tickets for the event are $100 and all funds raised at the event go toward scholarships for Humboldt State student-athletes.
Flannery spent eight seasons with San Francisco and helped lead the Giants to World Series titles in 2010, 2012 and 2014. He played 11 memorable seasons with the San Diego Padres (1979-89) and after retiring as a player began coaching. When Bruce Bochy was named the manager of the San Francisco Giants in 2007, Flannery joined his staff as the third base coach. He retired from professional baseball in 2014 and started working for CSN Bay Area as an analyst on Giants Pregame Live and Giants Postgame Live. He also worked as an MLB Network analyst beginning in 2015.
