As Cal Poly Humboldt transitions to Wasp, our new asset management system, SCLogic will no longer be available for asset updates effective Friday, May 8, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. All asset changes must follow the new submission processes outlined below.

This applies to all asset changes, including transfers, disposals, corrections, and location updates.

IT Assets
For computers (desktops and laptops), tablets, copiers, and plotters, submit requests to ITS using one of the following:

• Submit an ITS help ticket 
• Email: help@humboldt.edu

Non-IT Assets
All other asset updates must be submitted using forms available on the Asset Management Website (view forms).

Beginning in Fall 2026, campus partners involved in asset management processes will be engaged in shaping future improvements. Updated resources and training will be provided as part of this effort.
