This is a reminder that if staff or faculty needs to report a Student of Concern, they should utilize the on-line reporting option found on the Student Rights & Responsibilities web site at:

There is a red button at the top left-hand side marked "Reporting Students of Concern".  Reporting student issues via email is not secure and there is no guarantee that the email will not be missed.  Our on-line reporting system sends the ​Dean and Associate Dean of Students​ a notification that is not missed, and we monitor these reports 7 days/week.
