To allow essential PeopleSoft updates to be deployed, some functions will not be available over the weekend of October 16 - 18. Currently, all changes related to the Benefits Open Enrollment (OE) period must be completed by 5 pm on Friday, October 16 before ITS begins the process of bringing systems down. We encourage all users who need to make Benefit changes during this OE period to do so as soon as possible to avoid running up against the 5 pm deadline on the 16th. DARS will be unavailable starting at 4 pm on Friday, October 16; Canvas will be available but will not be refreshed with updates after 1 pm on Friday, October 16. For more details about the Canvas refresh, see the update in Canvas. All systems will be fully operational by 8 am on Monday, October 19.
