Records custodians across campus have been working over the past several months to develop additional guidance for departments to assist in determining what should be kept and what you can safely dispose of.
As we move into the new fiscal year, you're encouraged to review the information on this website and take this opportunity to clean out any extra printed or digital records for which you may also have local copies. The site is divided into four areas for ease of reference:
- Student records
- Financial records
- Personnel records
- Contracts
