Quarterly Review of Active Space Requests

Quarterly review of active Space Requests are planned for the current and upcoming Academic years as space becomes available. The University Space & Facilities Advisory Committee (USFAC) will soon be reviewing space requests submitted via the Campus "Space Request Form". This form may be filled out by any department, organization, or college, and submitted anytime throughout the year. A rolling list of available spaces may be found via the USFAC website.

All space Department Requests submitted prior to 5:00PM 11/1/19 will be forwarded for College/MBU (Major Business Unit) review this quarter. All department-applicants are strongly encouraged to work with their College or MBU when filling out the form. Space requests recommended by MBUs for USFAC review will be posted on the USFAC website. Allocations will be announced by portal message early Spring semester, 2020. Anything submitted after the 11/1/19 review date will be considered in the next quarter’s review process.
