Please Stay Safe During Fall Break
Humboldt State University encourages you to stay safe this Fall Break and throughout the year. Weather, road conditions, and oceans and rivers on the North Coast can be dangerous and conditions can change frequently.
Winter storms, and frosty and icy conditions are not unusual this time of year. Please be aware of weather reports. Also, please be sure to check road conditions before you travel.
North Coast rivers and beaches can be especially dangerous, with the potential for high tides and large waves. Please see beach and river safety precautions from the Six Rivers National Forest.
