Please Delete Unnecessary Zoom Recordings

Faculty and staff-if you have Zoom recordings you do not plan to use any more, please delete them. If you need to keep them, see below.

Like most universities, we have limited Zoom storage space for our normal operations. ITS is looking at long-term storage options as we move forward. Until then, storage is limited. We ask that instructors and staff prioritize their video content by deleting those videos that will no longer be used. That way, we can ensure enough space for all instructors throughout the summer sessions. 

If you would like assistance moving videos for future use, please submit a ticket.  We would be happy to help move videos, caption them, and link them in your courses. Note, any recordings that have students in them should be deleted after current students finish using them (it would be a FERPA violation for future classes to use videos featuring students of previous classes).
