To view your changes/enrollments for 2019, click on the View Benefits link from the Benefits tab, which is under My Profile in the myHumboldt portal.

You will need to change the date to 01/01/2019 to view your enrollments as of the new calendar year. You can click on each benefit type to see who is enrolled in each plan. Please note that you will not see the VSP Premier plan enrollment on this page since this enrollment is handled directly through VSP.

Please check your Benefits Summary for 2019 - if your enrollment looks incorrect, please contact us immediately for correction.
