PG&E is working on replacing a power pole and transformer on the west side of Campus Apartments. One of the transformers failed on Tuesday night, shutting off power to the Campus Apartments. Construction crews and vehicles will be working in the area. Temporary blockage of the west side of Laurel is possible to allow for construction equipment to access the area. Please be patient and cautious when you are in the area. Also, the stairwell from Laurel to the underpass will be blocked off for pedestrian safety.
