The Search Committee and VP of Advancement Craig Wruck invite you to attend Open Forums for each of the three candidates for the position of AVP of Philanthropy.

Reporting to the VP of Advancement, the AVP of Philanthropy serves as the chief philanthropy officer for Humboldt State University and is responsible for the analysis and implementation of all fundraising programs including annual giving, special giving, major giving, planned giving, prospect research and management, and advancement services.

The incumbent leads the philanthropy staff to set and meet both long-term and annual fundraising goals and establishes long-term effective relationships with donors, alumni, and the community in order to generate private financial support for Humboldt State University. The AVP of Philanthropy will work closely with the President, Vice Presidents, and other university leadership to manage their donor relationships.

The Open Forums will be an informal Q & A format. They will take place from 3:30 to 4:20 p.m. Please plan to attend and meet the candidates.
