All open enrollment changes, including enrollment into a 2021 Health Care and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account must be submitted by October 16th at 5pm.  You can login to eBenefits via the Open Enrollment link found in your MyHumboldt portal, or by navigating to Benefits Enrollment through your self-service menu in HR Center (PeopleSoft).  Remember, when making changes you must electronically sign and submit, or changes will not be processed. 

Virtual Live Benefits Fair: October 12, 11am – 2pm

This is your chance to talk directly with benefit vendors, as well as HR staff about all your open enrollment and benefit questions.  You must register for this event, and will be sent a confirmation email with a link to access the event.  Click here to register – see you there!   

Important Things to Review

• The 2021 Health Premiums Rate sheet.  This is a list of monthly premiums for each health plan.
• To make changes to your vision plan, visit http://csuactives.vspforme.com/.  These changes must be completed with VSP directly.
• HCRA/DCRA plans DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY ROLL FORWARD – you must re-enroll for 2021 if you would like your enrollment to continue.  
• CSU Open Enrollment Guide is available for an additional review of open enrollment from the Chancellor’s Office.
• Review the summaries and/or evidence of coverage for each plan available on the respective websites for full information about coverage:
• Blue Shield Access +
• Anthem Blue Cross (Anthem Traditional HMO, PERS Choice, PERS Care, and PERS Select PPO plans)
