Oh Snap Donation Drive

Oh SNAP Student Food Programs is collaborating with Y.E.S. for a service learning project! On Saturday, November 3rd 2018, we will be hosting a DONATION DAY from 10am-12pm! Drop of will be the Recreation and Wellness Conference Room, room 124. This is a replacement for our normal food drive. We will be collecting food items for the pantry and gently used items for our Pop-up Thrift Shop. Which will be held on November 14th, during Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. We will be accepting the following items:



  • Canned meat (chicken, fish)

  • Canned soups/stews/chili

  • Peanut butter

  • Beans

  • Canned pasta

  • Dry: pasta, rice meals, cereal, oatmeal

  • Canned fruit (in water)


*Student Food Programs can accept donations of non-perishable food that are within its sell-by, use-by, and/or best-by date. Containers must be sealed, clearly labeled, not dented, or rusted.
