Now You Can Send a Message When You Edit a Meeting

How many times have you scheduled a meeting in Google Calendar and then needed to change or delete it but couldn’t let attendees know the reason why? Well, now you can!

The latest update to Google Calendar lets you communicate the reasons for a meeting change or deletion to attendees. When you go into your calendar to change or delete an existing meeting, you’ll see a dialog box where you can enter a message for other meeting attendees.

After you send the message, other attendees will see it in the email they receive that alerts them to the updated meeting details.
