No ITS Project Prioritization Cycle This Spring

February 19, 2019
In order for ITS to fully support current project commitments, the ITS Project Office will not be issuing a call for project proposals this spring.

One area in which ITS needs to focus significant time and effort is migrating from Nolij to its replacement, Content. Nolij will not be supported by its new owner, Hyland, after December 2020 and, because Nolij is in such wide use across campus, ITS will be devoting a lot of time this year and next to the transition.

Existing in-progress projects will continue to completion; all regular operational work will continue to be undertaken, and work requests that do not rise to the level of a project will continue to be serviced. We'll let you know when ITS opens the next round of project proposals as we monitor campus needs and strategic priorities as well as current commitments and ongoing alignment with the upcoming Integrated Assessment, Planning and Budget initiative.

If you have a specific technology project in mind that you believe is time-critical, please contact the ITS Project Office for advice on how best to proceed.
