As of July 1, 2021, Facilities Management (FM) has updated our work order and key request webforms. Please note this change in URL for your bookmarks:

This one link will bring you to an HSU single-sign-on webpage that has both work requests and key request options. Please click on the type of request you would like to submit and follow the on-screen instructions filling out the form. You will be emailed receipts when the requests go through. 

We are excited that these webforms allow for more transparency with FM services, however please be patient with us as we work out the bugs this summer. If you have any trouble submitting a work request or a key request, please call Carly at the FM front desk (x3646) or Darci at FM Work control (x4475). We are on-campus in July and taking phone calls from 8-4:30 M-F.

Training/orientation opportunities will be made available for all in the coming weeks as the Fall Semester approaches.
