There is a new payment process that will launch on August 2. The new process replaces NOLIJ and prepares our campus for the future CSU Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation within CSUBUY. 
 
As of August 2nd, users will submit invoices and payment requests to a new email address that will integrate with CSUBUY. The HSU Accounts Payable team will use CSUBUY to process payments and communicate with HSU clients for any payment documentation approvals when needed.

• Last Day to Submit Request to accountspayable@humboldt.edu: Friday, July 23rd, 2021  

• Training Dates (registration available Wednesday, July 7, 2021):
◦ Monday, 7/26/21 at 10-11AM
◦ Wednesday, 7/28/21 at 2-3PM
◦ Monday, 8/2/21 at 10-11AM
◦ Wednesday, 8/4/21 at 2-3PM
◦ Tuesday, 8/10/21 at 2-3PM
◦ Thursday, 8/12/21 at 10-11AM
