Starting Friday, June 28, 2019, ITS is introducing HSUConnect, a more secure wireless network, which will replace the old HSUGuest network. The two networks will run in parallel for a month or so, and then HSUGuest will be discontinued.

Campus visitors who are not on the eduroam academic network or do not have an existing guest account will be asked to complete a short registration form when they attempt to access the internet via HSUConnect. Alternatively, they can use their Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter credentials to sign in. The process is intuitive, and visitors should not experience any difficulties using the new system, but if any issues do arise, the Technology Help Desk will assist visitors in getting connected.
