Dear HSU Colleagues, 

I am pleased to announce that Kali Rothrock has agreed to serve as the Campus Assistance Response and Engagement (CARE) Case Manager at the Office of the Dean of Students. Kali's appointment will begin June 3, 2019. 

Kali Rothrock brings a wealth of experience working with advocacy programs and serving college students. Most recently, Kali has served as a Sexual Assault Prevention Educator for the North Coast Rape Crisis Team. In this role, she managed client cases, assisted clients in accessing community resources and collaborated with community partners to provide survivor-centered support and to develop programs and policies aimed to combat sexualized violence in the community. Kali's experience using trauma-informed approaches, community connections, and case management will be an asset to our students and the Dean of Students team as a whole.  Kali is a Humboldt County local and she holds a B.A. in Human Ecology from the College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, Maine.
