The HSU TRIO programs invite you to help promote our campus celebration of the National First-Generation College Day on November 8th. There are multiple ways you can participate, all of which are intended to acknowledge, support, and welcome our HSU community of first-generation students.*
The HSU TRIO programs invite you to help promote our campus celebration of the National First-Generation College Day on November 8th. There are multiple ways you can participate, all of which are intended to acknowledge, support, and welcome our HSU community of first-generation students.*
HSU Fast Fact: 50% of currently enrolled HSU students are first-generation students, an increase of 8% over the past 10 years.
Please indicate how you would like to participate in our on-campus celebration on November 8th.
Staff, Faculty, and Administrators who were also first-generation college are especially encouraged to "tell your story."
*First-Generation Students are students whose parents have not attained a four year degree.
