Dear Colleagues, 

Student Health & Wellbeing Services is inviting students to participate in the NCHA survey regarding health and wellbeing..The survey can be accessed through a February 3rd email sent directly to students.   Please encourage your students to participate.  Student  input will help guide services and programming here at HSU.  Students will be entered for a chance to win one of several $75-$100 gift certificates to the HSU Bookstore!

The survey will take about 20 minutes
