Lumberjack Men’s Cross Country Ranked Tenth in USTFCCCA/NCAA Division II Men’s Cross Country West Regional Preseason Rankings
Humboldt State men’s cross country team, under the guidance of head coach Jamey Harris, is ranked tenth in the 2021 USTFCCCA/NCAA Division II Men’s Cross Country West Regional Preseason Rankings. The Lumberjacks are one of five teams from the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) that are in the top ten.
Humboldt State will begin their 2021 season on September 18 at Baywood Golf & Country Club in Arcata, Calif., when the Lumberjacks host their own invitational at 8:30am. This will be one of four invitationals that the ‘Jacks will participate prior to the CCAA Championships on October 23 in San Marcos. Two weeks later, HSU will travel to Monmouth, Ore., to run in the NCAA Division II West Regional Championships on November 6 in hoping to qualify for the Nationals on November 20 in Tampa, Fla.
