Interim Leadership in Enrollment Management & Student Success

A number of interim leadership changes are being made in the Division of Enrollment Management & Student Success in order to provide continuity during the search for a new Vice President for the division. The following changes will take effect August 20, 2022.

Sherie Gordon, the University’s Vice President for Administration & Finance, will be taking on temporary administrative oversight for the division. She is tasked with supporting the transition and ensuring that enrollment management and student life continue to operate effectively. She will also directly supervise the Student Health & Wellbeing Services and Residential Life & Auxiliary Services.

Peggy Metzger will take on additional responsibilities as Interim Executive Director of Enrollment Management while continuing to serve as Director of Financial Aid. She will oversee areas including EOP, Admissions, Registrar, and Financial Aid.

Adrienne Colegrove-Raymond will take on additional responsibilities as Interim Dean of Students while continuing to serve as Special Assistant to the President for Tribal and Community Engagement. She will oversee numerous areas including Student Access Services, Cultural Centers for Academic Excellence, Student Life & Event Services, Orientation, Student Conduct & Support Services, Student Conduct and CARE Services, and more.

As previously shared, Eboni Ford Turnbow has taken on a new role as Vice President for Student Affairs at CSU Channel Islands. Dr. Ford Turnbow has served as Cal Poly Humboldt’s Dean of Students and as Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management & Student Success. We thank her for her service and wish her the best in this new role.

A national search for a new Vice President for Enrollment Management & Student Success is currently underway. The goal is to fill the position by the end of the semester, and candidates are expected to visit campus in October.
