Important Changes to the CHRS Recruiting Project at HSU

Based on recent staffing shortages and with campus repopulation planning underway for all departments, the HR and APS teams are looking at opportunities to adjust the go-live date to provide more time for the campus to shift over to using the new CHRS Recruiting system, powered by PageUp. With the goal being the most seamless transition to the new CHRS Recruiting system from using the current Interfolio tool, the team needs time to ensure thorough testing is performed which includes an opportunity for employees from the campus community to assist and get a sneak peek at the new system. At this time, the best course of action will be to push our go-live date into the Fall term. 

 As the team completes the final configurations in the new system, the project team will reach out to specific individuals across campus to offer opportunities to test and provide feedback on the workflow setup. After that initial outreach, there will be additional opportunities scheduled to bring in campus members for more testing as we move towards our new go-live date.
