Facilities Management (FM) has contracted with Johnson Controls (JCI) to perform building HVAC improvements on five buildings across campus. The improvements are intended to improve HVAC controls, heating efficiency and energy management. The buildings include SBS, BSS, KA, Forestry and Forbes.

JCI is currently working in SBS and will need access throughout the building to replace control components. FM will work to engage with building occupants in a timely manner regarding work within their areas. The schedule for the remaining buildings is fluid but BSS is next followed by Forbes, K&A and Forestry. JCI and their supporting contractors will work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm to minimize disruption to building occupants and business continuity.
