As released by the United Soccer Coaches Association on Thursday afternoon, the Humboldt State Lumberjacks’ men’s soccer team is one of the 220 men’s team from NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA named recipients of the 2020-21 College Team Academic Awards.  The Lumberjacks, under the direction of head coach Fred Jungemann, achieved a 3.35 grade point average this past academic year.

 This is the third consecutive year that the ‘Jacks have earned this distinction. 

 Humboldt State enters this weekend with a 5-0 record and ranked No. 13 in the most recent United Soccer Coaches/NCAA Division II Men’s Soccer Top 25 Poll.  The ‘Jacks will host Chico State this Saturday, September 25 at 12:30pm in a non-conference match-up at College Creek Field.
