In conjunction with the rollout of the Humboldt State Department of Athletics’ new logo, the Lumberjacks relaunched Humboldt State’s official athletics website, hsujacks.com for the first time in four years.

 A multi-month collaborative effort between the Humboldt State University Office of Sports Information and Syracuse, New York-based SIDEARM Sports, a national leader in athletics website development culminated in Wednesday’s redesign.  Along with a fresh layout and feel, the site is packed with new features and SIDEARM’s latest technologies, creating an immersive experience for Lumberjack supporters.

 "I have been in this business for 25-plus years and SIDEARM has proven year in and year out to be the best out there,” said Joe Danahey, Humboldt State Assistant Director of Athletics for Media Relations. “From their customer service team to Jeff Rubin, everyone in SIDEARM is so easy to work with. Our redesign for hsujacks.com is awesome and I appreciate all the time and work that the SIDEARM staff has done headed by Kerri Graber.  It showcases our student-athletes which is what I love the most!"

 HSU’s redesigned athletics’ website features the latest news and recaps in a storyboard layout. Lumberjack fans can stay up-to-date with live events and the latest results through the site’s main scoreboard banner, with quick access to a calendar-view of all of Lumberjack athletics by clicking on the “Full Schedule” link.  Upcoming events with links to live coverage of current games along with recaps from past games.  The new hsujacks.com also features a heavy social media component (Facebook, Instagram and twitter).
