Humboldt State’s Tana Eri has been selected to the 2021 Academic All-District Women’s Soccer Team, selected by CoSIDA, as announced this morning.  This is the second year in a row that Eri has received this prestigious honor.  The District 8 Team which consists of teams from the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA), Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC) and The PacWest Conference. 
 

Eri played in eleven matches this season including starting one for the ‘Jacks.  She had six shots attempts including four on goal.  The four-year letter-winner is a two-time recipient of the CCAA All-Academic Team. She also has been named to the CCAA Fall All-Academic Team during her collegiate career at Humboldt State.  The past two seasons, she received the D2ADA Academic Achievement Award.  Eri also was named to the Humboldt State Department of Athletics’ Dean’s List both semesters during the 2020-21 academic year. 

 The 2021 Academic All-District® Men’s Soccer Team, selected by CoSIDA, recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CoSIDA Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

 First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December.

 The CoSIDA Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed on the following pages and are divided into geographic districts across the United States and Canada.

 The Division II and III CoSIDA Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2021-22 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CoSIDA Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA national office.
