- Fall Learning Opportunities- Since the onset of the pandemic, Human Resources has maintained its commitment to professional development by hosting numerous training and professional development sessions. The team is currently finalizing the Fall 2020 calendar of more than 35 learning experiences which will include interactive classes and series on topics such as leadership, resilience, conflict management, meditation, change management and more.
- Student Employees Technical Skills - This Learning Bundle is a selection of courses to improve technical skills including a webcast on Business Writing, Taking Effective and Professional Notes, Gmail for Web Using the Calendar Tools, and courses in Excel and Word.
- Student Employees Customer Service Skills - This bundle contains a selection of courses about effectively communicating with customers, improving conversations, service excellence and addressing the needs of customers in an effective manner to succeed.
