  • People-Centered Change Leadership - Recently, in partnership with the President’s Office and other campus partners, we launched the campus-wide Change Management Initiative (CMI), a response to employee desire for greater inclusivity and communication when change occurs at HSU. That interest and concern was noticed by WASCUC evaluators, and they called attention to it in their recommendations for our University.
