The full report from a Spring 2019 workplace survey is now available, along with materials from recent campus presentations about the results, including participant feedback and suggestions.

The national survey was part of the Great Colleges to Work For program, which is designed to inform institutions about their work culture and recognize those that have built great workplaces. HSU faculty, staff, and administrators participated.

The survey results, as well as feedback from the sessions, are being shared with campus leadership and can be useful for discussions in units across campus. Results will also help inform the Strategic Planning process. HSU is tentatively scheduled to participate in the survey again in the Spring of 2021.
