In celebration of the holiday season, Governor Newsom has authorized a half-day informal time off on Tuesday, Dec. 24. In addition, I am approving a half-day administrative leave that day, and many campus offices will not be operational for the entire day.

The campus will need a limited number of essential personnel to work that day. Your appropriate administrator will notify you if you fall into that category. Those assigned to work on Dec. 24 will be able to make arrangements for an informal day off before June 30, 2019.
