Fiscal Year 2026-27 Field Rrip Vehicle Rental Rates

Dear Campus Field Trip Organizers:
Below are the rates for Van rentals and Bus services related to campus field trips next fiscal year, (2026-2027), effective 7/1/26. The change in the cost per mile for bus trips includes increases in gas and maintenance costs in the coming year. Please note these changes for your FY26/27 budgeting efforts. We are in the process of updating our rates on the website as well.
Below are the rates for Van rentals and Bus services related to campus field trips next fiscal year, (2026-2027), effective 7/1/26. The change in the cost per mile for bus trips includes increases in gas and maintenance costs in the coming year. Please note these changes for your FY26/27 budgeting efforts. We are in the process of updating our rates on the website as well.
- Bus Program: The hourly driver rate will stay the same as last year ($35.58). There is an increase in the per-mile charge from $2.80 to $3.22/mile.
- Van Program: The daily per-trip rate will stay the same ($100/day/trip). The cost-per-mile rate will also stay the same at $1.25/mile.
