As we celebrate the Fall Commencement and enter into winter break, we would like to acknowledge the delays in services the campus has been experiencing and communicate the efforts and plans in place to structure ourselves as a strong team prepared to support your department in the spring, and as we transition to Cal Poly Humboldt! 

We appreciate the patience and grace we have received from many of you as we have worked tirelessly to fill vacancies over the past several months. I want to also take a moment to acknowledge and thank our dedicated staff for going above and beyond, working long hours over the past several months, in an attempt to keep pace with the growing service needs of our campus. 

As we enter the new calendar year, we are excited to share that we have multiple job searches underway to expand service capacity and institutional knowledge, and are committed to rebuilding a thriving team in the coming months to better meet your needs. In aligning ourselves with the Strategic Plan, we are defining a path forward that includes employee retention, training, collaboration, and more. We look forward to rebuilding, retraining, and partnering with you in 2022.
