In order to expedite the financial aid verification and appeals process for students, the Financial Aid office has been working hard over the past few months to develop and implement a new document submission and review tool, Student Forms.  Students will now be able to complete many of their financial aid related checklist items through an easy to use portal.  

This portal will significantly reduce the time it takes for students to complete their financial aid verification process.  This means more students will be better informed about the status of their financial aid package prior to attending Cal Poly Humboldt.  This project was completed in record time due to the diligent hard work of the Financial Aid staff.  This resource is now available to students ahead of peak Fall enrollment.
