Fall 2023 Prioritization Cycle is Coming Up

Have a technology project you want to move forward on? Now is the time to start working on your proposal! The Fall 2023 project prioritization cycle opens on September 19, 2023 and closes on October 2, 2023.
In alignment with Cal Poly Humboldt's Strategic Goals, the Graduation Initiative 2025, and the Polytechnic Implementation, the University will only consider proposals for projects that are required by the Chancellor’s Office, legally mandated, those that contribute to student success, the polytechnic implementation, or projects that contribute to increased efficiency in campus operations. Proposals for mandated, student success or polytechnic projects will be allocated additional points in the scoring rubric.

Please remember that the ITS project prioritization process is for projects that will require more than 20 hours of ITS time and the efforts of two or more ITS staff. Smaller tasks should be requested via the Technology Help Desk (KBox) ticketing system.
